Serene Breathtaking Sikkim

I visited Gangtok-Sikkim-Lachung-Yumthang-Zero Point in the year 2015. It was really an amazing experience for a mountain-lover like me! The white snow capped mountains were breathtakingly beautiful! I love snow…So, when we were on our way to Zero Point, on the roadside, we saw the Laliguras which were covered with snow.

It was too cold at Zero Point and I could feel myself getting numb due due to the extreme cold out there. We had to eat Maggie and continuously chew on popcorn to keep ourselves warm. We stayed at Lachung for one night. The people are very hospitable there. The water and food is very refreshing over there. I love momos a lot! Going to the North means having lots of momos!!! I wish all good luck to Sikkim and the people out there.
